PLEASE NOTE: Due to overwhelming volume being handled by UPS and the U.S. Postal Service, we cannot guarantee shipping times stated by the carriers at checkout.
We are excited about your orders – and will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. At checkout you can select one of two options to receive your orders, either pickup locally at our store in Carrboro, North Carolina (no charge) or you may elect to have your items shipped to you.
If you opt to pick up your items at the store in Carrboro:
- You will receive an email (or a text message if you asked for one at checkout) when your order is ready to be picked up. Items for in store pickup are generally ready within 24 to 48 hours after we receive your order.
- Follow the instructions in your order confirmation when you are ready to come and get your items.
- There is no charge for in store pickup, but we do ask that you pick your items up within 10 days after you receive confirmation that they are ready. Items that are still being held after 10 days will be returned to inventory at your expense. No refunds or gift card credits will be given.
If you opt to have your items shipped:
- All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.
- We ship to all 50 States. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
- We use 2 shipping providers, the U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Shipping costs will be presented for your orders prior to checkout and you can select the option and price that best suits your needs.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to track your order.
- Orders are shipped in the order they are received throughout the work week. If part of your order contains an item that is back-ordered, we may ship items separately. You will be notified via email if we do this to get prior approval.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate overnight or “rush” shipping requests at this time.
- Once your order has left our facility and is scanned by the carrier selected, WomanCraft Gifts is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or damaged packages. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address when making a purchase. We cannot ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed.
