I was inspired at an early age by my mother's creativity. Souvenir beads she brought me as a child inspired the colorful beaded jewelry that I make now. I crochet afghans, baby blankets, scarves and a variety of kitchen and bath scrubbies. I make photo notecards from photos I've taken of wildflowers, mushrooms and wildlife seen along the Al Buehler Trail in Durham.
