I have enjoyed being part of WomanCraft Gifts for several years. My passion lies in working with metal in a variety of ways to create fun and fashionable jewelry.
I currently enjoy creating jewelry in silver, gold, enamel, titanium, and vintage watch parts using techniques I learned over a number of years. In addition to traditional metalsmith techniques of sawing, cutting and hand texturing metals, I also use enameling on copper and fine silver as well as anodizing on titanium.
I studied at Penland School of Crafts in Bakersville, North Carolina and at Arrowmont School of Craft in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. There I had the benefit of individual instruction from some wonderful local and national experts. I continue to take classes online with access to excellent instruction from the best in my area of work. I’m still learning and still having fun!
