This small, flexible pillow is perfect for covering the eyes following yoga or during other times of relaxation. It is filled with flaxseed and lavender and can be warmed in the microwave or used at room temperature. For the migraine sufferer, keep the eye pillow in its bag in the freezer and use when needed. Instructions for heating are included. 

The length is 8 inches and the width is 4 inches. The pillow is muted batik colors with one side being bright blue and the other side a lighter blue. There are two pillows in the photograph so you can see the colors on each of the sides.
